| Pros:Less power needed for these type of bulbs so the fuel consumption should go down. But whether this is measurable I do not know. | |
| Cons:I ordered two bulbs ot this type and one of them started flashing within an month after I mounted them in my car. I replaced them with normal car bulbs type 12V/21W. | |
| Other Thoughts:I had the same problem with another set. One of the bulbs also started flashing within one month. | |
| Bottomline:Quality should be improved to be able to use these bulbs for a much longer period without starting to flash under normal conditions. | |

| Pros:Easy to install, just pop out the old and replace with the LED-unit. By these units reverse polarity doen't matter unlike some other LED-products. | |
| Cons:Not that bright, expected more from these LED's. Build quality is ok, although one of the units has already flickering LED's in one ring. In use since a month. | |
| Other Thoughts:If the build quality was good instead of ok, i could live with the price but it just isn't.You can use them for running lights in the back (if you got red lightunits). For brake or reversing light there too weak.If you want to use them as turning lights, you have to use a resister, otherwise the frequency of the signal goes up, twice the normal frecuency. (The same if one of your regular bulbs has a failure.) | |

| Other Thoughts:Replaces bulb 1156 in automotive uses. According to my estimates, it uses about 10% of the amps that a 1156 incandescent bulb uses. It is about 1/3 as bright as a standard 1156 incandescent bulb. | |
| Bottomline:I bought these lights to replace the overhead lights in my RV. In this application, saving battery power is important. This is what these lights were intended for. They are NOT to be used to replace headlights or any exterior lights on a car. They simply are not bright enough.Even at this good price, they are still more expensive than standard 1156 12V incandescent bulbs and less bright. So outside of RV use or other use where you are trying to conserve battery power there is not a lot of benefit here. | |
