| Pros:a very handy gadget to keep in the glove box of the car or in a purse. great for reading maps or phonebooks, etc. without turning on the lights. the case is a nice touch, to protect the lens. | |
| Cons:a very small con: it takes two 2016 batteries. i would have preferred 2032 batteries, because i have more gadgets that use them (this is the only thing that uses 2016), and i keep a few 2032s around the house. | |
