Pros:From Canada. These are great for adapting AA batteries for use in devices that require C batteries. They serve their function perfectly as they are simply a chunk of plastic.
Cons:The plastic used is quite hard and the little prongs that hold the battery in tend to dig into the battery casing covering a bit when trying to insert or remove the batteries. Eventually this might wear away the covering on the battery but if you arent picky it shouldnt be a big deal.
Bottomline:Great adapter and serves its purpose perfectly. Would buy again.

Pros:Holds the AA battery tightly, fits well into devices.
Cons:The AA battery is held tightly, but can be moved within the holder so one end is inside the shell and not accessible to the device being powered. Something to keep the AA cell centred would be a nice feature, but is not essential.
Other Thoughts:I use these with rechargeable AA batteries and I have saved money by not buying C cells. For some applications, you should still use real C batteries, though.
Bottomline:For items requiring a C battery but that don't put a huge power draw on a battery, these adapters are great.

Pros:This thing is a simple converter that convert your AA size battery to C size battery in an instance. Good to have if you use C size battery. Cause C size battery are harder to get, more expensive to get, and bigger space to keep.
Cons:When you place the AA size battery in, the catch inside is too tight and will scratch the AA battery on the cover. But it doesn't make a problem as the battery will be keep inside and throw after you.
Other Thoughts:Now, my house C size battery gadget are all using this converter from AA size battery.
Bottomline:Get it if you need C size battery for your house and save money and time from finding the C size battery.

Pros:Its a very good way to avoid buying C-Batteries more expensive than the AA, especially the rechargeable ones.I use it with a diving flashlight, and its a good way to remove weight to it.
Cons:The build quality its good and the thickness of it its also good but it has a big problem:The diameter its a little bit bigger than a normal C Baterry so in some flashlight you cant use it. It happened to me so i modified the cases to be able to use them.
Other Thoughts:Removing the Cons its a great item.
Bottomline:The best way to save money on batteries.

Pros:It is easy to put in and take out, yet not loose.
Cons:A frosted transparent look would've made it match the D soshine adapters I got from here.Nothing else really.
Other Thoughts:This adapter is great to have around for those rarer C battery gadgets you have lying around.
Bottomline:I would recommend at least getting a set of these incase you need C batteries at some point since rechargeable AA's are so much more available nowadays.(perhaps maybe the soshine C adapters, but I dont have those to compare. I bought these before those came out)
