Pros:good little charger and doesn't cost much at all. Charges batteries like it supposed to. Nice to have the light - green once charges... red when batteries need to be or are being charged.
Cons:my charger wasn't put together the best. I had to use tape to get it to stay to gether, but it worked fine this way. I actually ordered two of these and only the one wasn't put together very good.
Bottomline:Decent little charger for a great price... aves money when you charge instead of buying primary batteries.

Pros:Well made little charger that charges 2 x 16340 at a time, fast 90-105 mins seems to stay cool enough , led indicator to let you know when done, according to box it`s approved by most safety/governing bodies, CE,RoHS,CCC,CB,GS,UL and feels reassuringly well made when handled, 2 prong US style plug is built in and swings out to plug directly into socket/adapter, nicely packaged and very good value.
Cons:only charges 16340 cells, only charges 16340 cells.must charge 2 at a time.
Other Thoughts:Be great if the same make did a charger for my 18650 cells or one that did both as it has a real shop bought feel about it/packaging.
Bottomline:small change for a small but very good charger, time will tell but i have a feeling that it will last a good few years (1 yr warranty on box) if you have 16340`s buy 1.

Pros:A good charger for my DTW Ultrafire 16340 3.7v 880mAh batteries. Brings voltage to 4.20v so only use this with protected batteries. As with any rechargeable setup, it helps me keep "green," by not throwing away batteries all the time. Fast charge, it take about 90 minutes to charge two batteries. A good price and free shipping too makes this a great value.
Cons:Can only charge 3.7v 16340's, and can not charge one at a time, not really a con, but most of my torches are single CR123/RCR123s so, I need to plan ahead when using my torches and batteries. Batteries and charger do get a little warm, so keep an eye on it.
Other Thoughts:Good price, works as it should.
Bottomline:An eco-friendly option for a flashaholic like me. Thanks DTW!!Thanks DTW!!

Pros:It does what it's supposed to do- charge batteries. It's small, simple, and charges my 3.7V trustfires in about 1.5-2hours.
Cons:It seems to drain batteries if you leave them in it after charging. I went to get my spare set out when the ones in my flashlight died, and the ones from the charger were dead too, and I know I charged them before putting it up. I tried it again, and again they were drained after sitting in the charger waiting to be used.
Other Thoughts:The springs holding the batteries in are stiff, making it difficult to get the batteries out sometimes.
Bottomline:small, cheap charger that works great with the trustfire 3.7V 123's

Pros:Just received 3 of these 2 days ago but was so tied up in the office that I didnt test them. Just managed to get some time after work to test these out. Found out 1 unit wasnt working as the green LED would not turn red which means it wasnt detecting the batteries in the bay. Will have to get a replacement made. The negative terminals are of the metal spade type again and no more the spring type contacts.
Cons:Either the manufacturer is outsourcing its manufacturing to many suppliers or its redesigning its internals. Either way, this batch had 1 failed unit so I guess its not good. The faulty unit felt like it had a shorted component as I get a little electric shock when accidentally touching the positive contacts.
Other Thoughts:Its cheap, so cant ask much.
Bottomline:If future orders come with failed units which may cost the user his life as this failed unit emitted electric shocks on the terminals then I wont buy them anymore.
