Pros:this is perfect for 3.7V batteries it has a light that lights up when the batteries are dead, and one that turns green when they are done.
Cons:i haven't found any yet , it does feel a little cheep but what do you expect for the price. so far it is doing the trick
Other Thoughts:i think that it should have come with a few instructions , i wasn't to sure what the lights meant, but with a little tinkering , i figured out what they were!
Bottomline:if you need a cheep charger for your flashlight or laser pointer BUY this one. u shouldn't regret it

Excellent Charger. Fine build quality.

Pros:-The charger has a FUSE built in. Thats one important thing for european electronic articels.- Cut off Voltage 4,20 V- You hear no sound, no beep- The Charger recognizes a battery very well- Very reliable- feels solid- very valuable
Cons:I would prefer a power cord instead of this little power plug-in.
Other Thoughts:I think this is a good charger.Note: It has only one channel, so if you insert two batterys the batterys will be connected and charged together.
Bottomline:The most important issue for me is, that this charger has a real fuse built in. When I open the case it says TR-0007 2009-11-30 94VO

You get what you pay for....NOT

Pros:Great deal - can't go wrongSurprisingly compactHas overcharge protection circuitryNo cables to tangle
Cons:Single circuit even though there are 2 charging bays. Better to charge one battery at a time. Otherwise, lower charge battery will not be fully charged when first battery hits 4.2V.
Other Thoughts:I saw and heard an arc at the electrical socket twice (out of 3 times) while plugging in the device. I make sure to plug in with no battery installed so a surge doesn't burn out the protection circuit on the battery.
Bottomline:I am very pleased with this charger and feel it is a great deal. While waiting for delivery, I had wished I purchased the 1251 charger. I will eventually get the 1251 but I will buy one more of these too ~ one for home, one for the office.

Nice little charger

Pros:This little plug-pack style battery charger is great, it fits snugly on my power-board alongside all the other plug-packs and cables without me having to strategically rearrange them. Works with a AU plug converter fine, charges the batteries to their capacity fine (confirmed with multimeter), has decent circuit protection and won't turn your batteries into bombs :P
Cons:Well annoyingly i had to buy the adapter to get this fitting in an Australian power point. apart from that there where not any real issues. Occasionally I've had problems with the device stopping the charge cycle 3/4 of the way through and that's that, which can be quite annoying as i have to remove the batteries then replace them for them to charge fully.
Other Thoughts:As confirmed with multimeter, this little charger gets the full 3.6v in my batteries.
Bottomline:Nice simple charger, does the job fine, i leave mine plugged in at the wall and put my batteries in it when my flashlight batteries need to be recharged. Nice and convenient, no cables and alike running all over the place, just a simple little plug-pack adapter. The device is quite nice in terms of size, I'd imagine this would fit very well in it's normal socket. Charges batteries fairly fast. Not the best charger on DTW but great if you have just bought a flashlight and batteries and need a charger for that and that only. (my situation :P)

It works!

Pros:Hey it works! It will charge 1 battery at a time as well as 2 at a time. When I leave the batteries in the charger for an hour longer than the fully charged light, nothing blows up! Very lightweight. Works with 110 volts or 220 volts ,so very useful for a traveller.Fits my battery well(unprotected 18650). The charging-full lights work and are easy to read. Not too expensive.
Cons:I wish this unit had auto shut off like the similar single battery charger of this style does.
Other Thoughts:I don't have the equipment to check how much / how well this unit is actually charging my batteries , But the batteries are running my flashlights well when they come out so that is something.
Bottomline:This charger does the job well enough for me. I dont need to charge batteries that often and only 1 at a time so I wish I would have gotten the single battery 18650 charger of this style as it is supposed to have auto shut off. Auto shut off would make it less scary if forgotten.
