| Pros:Works well and comes with batteries. Clips well onto my caps. Great for camping and other night activities. Under visor design is a plus when it is raining. | |
| Cons:Plastic is very brittle. The clips did not break yet, but it is just a matter of time. Found these for less at the local dollar store after purchase. A bit disappointed about that.. Oh well. | |
| Other Thoughts:Not bad, but you may wish to check you local dollar store to see if you can find it for cheaper first. | |
| Bottomline:Useful item especially if you do a lot of stuff at night. | |

| Pros:It's a fairly bright, hands-free flashlight. Watch batteries don't seem to corrode as quickly as conventional ones, meaning that they have good "drawer power". | |
| Cons:Of course, you have to be willing to wear a hat.Indications on product telling you which way to flip the batteries on insertion has it backwards. Do the opposite of what it says to get a working caplight. | |
| Other Thoughts:This has come in handy when doing fixits in cabinetry--especially under the sink--in closets, and when resetting the breakers outdoors.A great hands-free reading lamp. These are now my go-to lamp when my area loses power during storm season, since I can still get stuff done around the house. | |
| Bottomline:Worth a shot! Also, worth buying in 3+ quantities to stash around. | |

| Pros:This is a versatile, hands-free light. I ordered five to keep around for camping, home repair, and reading during random power outages. They come with a starter set of batteries, so you're ready to go. | |
| Cons:They're so handy, they seem to disappear when my friends and relatives borrow them. The markings for the polarity of the batteries are reversed. So you might think you got a dud when you really just need to flip both batteries over. | |
| Other Thoughts:A great addition to your emergency kit, tool kit, or a gift grab bag. | |
| Bottomline:Buy several. Your pals are going to swipe them. | |

| Pros:Price, of course.Easy to cycle through the modes, the button pokes out the side.Plenty bright for doing detailed work in your hands, such as tying fishing knots at O'Dark thirty. | |
| Cons:Build is kind of flimsy, and the plastic tabs that hold the light to the brim are VERY flimsy and break easily if you pull them too hard or sideways. | |
| Other Thoughts:Battery life seems good. I've used the original batteries for 3 nights of fishing, constantly turning it on and off. | |
| Bottomline:Get it, use it for hands free work at night, be careful with the tabs. | |

| Pros:Fairly cheapPretty bright, definitely bright enough to navigate a walking path at night, or work in a dark environment.Came with batteries.Multiple modes: 3-led; 5-led; and 5-led flashing | |
| Cons:Brittle plastic clips seem susceptible to breaking.Overall build quality kinda shabby. One of the two I bought needed repair to work. | |
| Other Thoughts:Well, I bought 2 of these lights, and the first one i opened didn't work at all out of the package. I investigated a little and found that it was missing the contacts on the inside of the battery cover piece. I did a little engineering and made a new contact out of a piece i cut from an old film canister and now it works fine. The second light worked fine right out of the package. | |
| Bottomline:Decent light for the price. As long as it's got all the pieces... | |
