Pros:- Keeps your kensington-compatible device(lcd monitor, notebook, pc, just say it) on its place;- Sturdy cable, made of steel cable protected by a plastic cover, seems durable enough;- Cheap for what's intended for.
Cons:- Smells terrible- there's a flaw on the unit: the cable itself is very strong, but the metal junction is very flimsy, making your protected unit vulnerable.- Sometimes (happened with my sister) a wrong code may open your lock.- Setting a new code isn't the easiest task, but many people can manage it.
Other Thoughts:Could have a better release mechanism;The cable junction should be stronger.The junction problem isn't a big deal, since this device should do the trick as long as you leave on a public place where has people all the time, avoiding someone to just get your notebook and walk away with it. By leaving it alone on a place, someone will surely try to force the cable.
Bottomline:Fine for many of your needs. I would use on my home, to keep visitors to take my notebook away from my desk.

Pros:Bellow are my pros points:* It's cheap and the cable is strong as expected;* It's portable, so you can take it wherever you want and keep your notebook secure.
Cons:Following my cons points:* The cable could be longer, it seems to be not too long enough;* The hooks that is supposed to lock the notebook isn't in a good size because when you lock it, it lefts an space, it isn't tight enough and if you try a little bit harder you can just pull it out again;* It isn't necessary to put the right code to open the locker.
Other Thoughts:It seems not so useful to me, because the hooks are not tight enough and the locker can be opened even with a wrong code.
Bottomline:Despite the good price and good quality cable, the other problems make the product not a good purchase.

Pros:The cable looks fine and solid and has a fine length.It is easy to enter the code and to lock/unlock.It was cheap, and the build quality matches what was expected.
Cons:The little hooks, which should lock inside the computer is to small and when i lock it, it isn't tight and you can just pull it out again.Although the rest of the product is good quality, the most important part fails. And therefore it can not be used.
Other Thoughts:Maybe it will fit on others computers, but not on mine.
Bottomline:On my computer it has no function, since it don't fit.

Cons:- Smells awful, after a while this problem solves itself.- Bit thin cable, but good enough for me.- No cons that would me prevent it from buying again.

Pros:Does what is says and is pretty easy to use and understand the instructions.........................................................
Cons:Looks cheaply made and has a pretty strong odour right from the packaging...... Spent some time with cleansers to get the smell out, its better but still there.....
Other Thoughts:just keep in mind, if someone really wants your laptop they will get it...... dont rely on this for 100% security.... it will be fine for in your office while you step out for a bit im sure, but if you dont trust your co-workers then you should get a lock on your door.....
Bottomline:Not a bad deal, but could be built to look a little more tough and be less stinky.....
