| Pros:This thing is so bright it trippled my IQ! and that's no easy feat.I thought I'd mount it on my helmet, but went for a ride with it on the handlebars. The spread of light is excellent with a nice bright spot in the middle. Went for a mountain bike ride on a small track in pitch black and had no worries about seeing where I was going. | |
| Cons:No proper velcro strap to mount the battery if your bike frame is a bit fatter. As the velcro wrap that comes with the battery pouch barely goes around. However mine tied nicely to the handle bar stem.Constantly having to dodge possums as they are stunned by the lightNot available with a New Zealand/Australian plug, but adapters are cheap. | |
| Bottomline:If you are after a bright, lightweight and good bike light then look no further. Build quality is excellent, spares are available here. Batteries etc. | |
Great light for the price |

| Pros:For this price, you cannot get a better light for the bike. Outperforms other lights several that are several times the price of this light. Optics provide good flood and spot for biking use. | |
| Cons:Cable connection does not feel as solid as it could be. Cable comes out of the front of the light which can be a little bit awkward, but only very slightly. Would not run this light while stationary as it may overheat. | |
| Other Thoughts:Easily outperforms the Dinotte 200L by leaps and bounds. | |
| Bottomline:1 light is more than enough, but having one bar mounted and one helmet mounted would be perfect. | |
Great bike / head light for this price! |

| Pros:Great light for this price, works perfectly, easy to use, lightweight und great build quality of nearly all components. Battery life time is not over-estimated, really works für 3 or more hours on high-power level. | |
| Cons:For helmet- or head-use an extension cable is necessary because otherwise the battery pack has to be fixed to the headstrap - unfortunately it is not included. Charger does not seem to bee of high quality, let's see how long it's going to work... | |
| Other Thoughts:I recommend to buy the extension cable when you buy this lamp. It makes the wiring much easier ;-) | |
| Bottomline:As an owner of an authentic Lupine light which once cost about 250EUR I am really satisfied with the quality of this light. It works perfectly, makes night to day for hours and is really good build quality! | |
Must Have! |

| Pros:Bright (even SUV drivers are impressed). Now all the potholes, branches and rocks are revealed. Lightweight.Resists all weather conditions. The fixature on the bar appears weak, but since the lamp is lightweight there is no tilting down even with heavy vibrations. The battery fits nicely on the bar stem. | |
| Cons:Illegally bright. There should be some kind of a shield to avoid glare (like in car lights). | |
| Other Thoughts:Keep your light low! At least in Germany the use is illegal (tee-hee!). Personal safety is more important to me.Price: It is worth every cent, but I think the price reflects the fact that there is no equivalent available. | |
| Bottomline:If you ride at night you definitely need it. | |
Lots of light |

| Pros:It gives plenty of light and it's super-easy both to install, adjust, use and recharge. One can leave the light on the bike, take off the battery and recharge it at home between the rides. | |
| Cons:A bit expensive. It started strobing erratically when it was low on battery, that was a horrible experience. It has a US power plug (I'd recommend Europeans to buy a Chinese power strip, all kind of plugs fits into it). I hate the click-through modes - I'd like to be able to just turn it on and off, but one has to click through bright light, half light and (horrors!) strobing mode to get back to off. | |
| Other Thoughts:I wonder how many times the battery can be charged and recharged before it starts degrading. | |
| Bottomline:If you do bike a lot in the darkness, if you can afford it, and if you have a US power socket at home, then press the "order"-button right now! | |
