Pros:awesome product for under 2 dollars practiculy no faults with it would prefer to buy 12 of these than to pay apples 25 dollars for their brand new cable
Cons:feels cheap compared to apples but for the price it is to be expected and it works beautifly, only problem i have had with it is that there arent the little clips holing the cable in like the originals and my ipod has disconnected when ive picked it up but not a major problem
Bottomline:would recomend over a genuine one purely because of the price difference and the quality isnt that bad

Pros:This is a really good deal!For less than 2 bucks you get a replacement cable for you iPhone/iPod, I really like this because i have broken two original cables (because i´ve rolled them up a lot, streched them because of extensive use :PNow i can get new ones at at NICE PRICE!
Cons:You can EASILY see and feel that this is NOT an genuine Apple product, and it has a really tight fit at the docking plug.
Other Thoughts:I use this one as a stationary cable at school, it is just laying in the locker.This way i dont have to remember my original cable every morning!And if it gets stolen, i really dont care!
Bottomline:Buy a couple while your at it! You can always give some to you family, they will need one sooner or later!

Pros:Almost 40 times cheaper than the Apple original cable in some countries. Tested charging and sync with the iPod Touch 1G, iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS with no issues and no "This accessory is incompatible", even during calls. Very steady connection. The white color is the same as original. Have the same icon on connectors.
Cons:Using iPhone 3GS, the dock connector seems to be a few millimeter wide. Could be a little tricky on the first time plug.
Bottomline:The cable is more flexible than the original one, but it is strong.

Pros:CONNECTS TO BOTH IPOD AND USB NO PROBLEM.WHITE (like original) - EVEN HAS CORRECT SYMBOLS.STURDY WIRE AND PLASTIC FITTINGS.SAME LENGTH AS ORIGINAL.WON'T FALL OUT OF IPOD OR USB WITH EASE. ie WHEN CHARGING THROUGH DOCK/COMPUTER/WALL CHARGER OR VEHICLE.LOOKS LIKE ORIGINAL. (Very hard to tell its a cheaper version)
Cons:A few previous comments have mentioned the tightness of the Ipod ended fitting.For me (32G 3rd Gen Ipod) - Had no problems overall.It IS a tighter fitting than that of the "original" cable that would have come with the ipod/iphone..But in some ways it is much better than its original.That being said, I have no worries in it "wrecking" the fitting in the ipod itself due to tightness...because quite honestly its better tight with a good connection, than one that wobbles out right?!ps ITS NOT THAT TIGHT!
Other Thoughts:In all honesty, the fitting where the wire joins to both USBs seems BETTER and more STURDY than its "original"..Which is where my previous cable had started to perish and show the wires.
Bottomline:If you want a cheaper version with just-as-good quality than the "original".. GET THIS ONE!!!PRICE IS FANTASTIC!And as I said..DOES THE JOB!Cheers DTW.

Pros:Cheap solution to replace a broken original Apple Cable. (Costs like 10 times more money!!!)I did not have any problems with it. Neither connected on a computer nor on an electrical adapter.Fitted perfeclty into my ooooold iPhone 2GOut of an order of 5 pieces, nil was broken!
Cons:The materials used and the way it’s made could be better. It’s too cheap to be a good quality, but it’s still well-built enough!
Other Thoughts:If you buy a genuine one or this one, it can only connect your iPhone/Pod/Pad… and nothing more! So why spend more money?
Bottomline:It's cheap! It works! I'd buy it again!
