Pros:I bought it last year, been using it for a while. i travelled to asia and the plug works. 1. easy to use, u plug in, it is ready to use2. cheap, compared all the other converter i bought in canada ( they range from 5 to 30+)3. the built quality is decent, it obviously withstand all those travel and squeezed in my luggage for a while.4. the package seem sketchy, but again, it came in with a short manual, a cloth bag for storage and a paper box package, not bad for appearence.
Cons:1. a bit bulky2. it is hard to push my plug into the outlet, and i almost thought i bought the wrong converter. so it took me around 5 minutes to inser the plug and push it all the way so it doesn't look dangling or dangerously inserted into the plug.but all i have to say that the plug sometime is really hard to use in terms of fitting.3. eventually, i dun even need it for my laptop,i was suprised that there is three pong outlet in asia. so i didn't get to use it a lot.
Other Thoughts:nothing much! it is alwasy safer to keep one for travel purpose.
Bottomline:cheap, ok build quality, does work, and it looks decent.

too heavy for some plugs

Pros:I used the plug for my 2 week trip in thailand, and have used it back in Australia for some items I purchased in thailand. It does do the job, and haven't had any issues with it so far. I used this device along with a device that my friend purchase on the flight. It was very similar other then the fact that the other one cost $30
Cons:The weight is the worst aspect of this device. Unfortunately due to the weight if you have a wall socket that requires you to plug this adapter in sideways it is likely to have about 5mm from the socket due to the weight of this device and the plug that has been plugged in to it. could be dangerous if something got caught in behind the adapter
Bottomline:For the price it is certainly worth it. It's a decent product, especially to take away with you and not having to be too concerned if you leave it in a hotel room

Pros:Well I travel a lot and buy goods from various countries - USA, China, Europe etc. And this functions perfectly whether I'm in Europe charging my Chinese camera or in the US charging my European laptop. Everything retracts in properly and can be held in with the lock feature.
Cons:Build quality isn't up to the Swiss converter a friend got - but he paid 5 times more for the same thing. The lock feature sometimes disengages itself - very flimsy switch that's easy to shift so one needs to be careful of that.
Other Thoughts:
Bottomline:I use mine with a multi-plug, multi-socket attachment - means that everywhere I go I'm guaranteed 3 sockets that will work with my appliances - get it if you need it!

Very usefull!

Pros:this is an excellent product. It is well built and very usefull.Allows conversions between all socket types, great for travelling. It has a surge protector to keep all your valuble electronics safe.
Cons:None at the moment, but i havnt tested all types yet, just USA to AUS
Other Thoughts:A manual included would have been nice, although it is very simple(albeit i didn't realize that you had to twist the prongs at first =) )
Bottomline:cheap, good build, usefull. Buy it ,you wont regret it... actually you should probably go for bulk rate =D
