Pros:Bell is working good - that's all for pros.
Cons:Compass is not working properly.
Other Thoughts:I bought 3 of it - for my bicycle, for my daughter bicycle and one simply so. The first little problem was is a color. I've received not a blue color. It's a violet color, but not blue (my bike is blue). Second and biggest trouble is a quality of compass's. They doesn't work. First compass is oriented on the south, second on the north, third - i dont know where... They rotating very bad inside the sphere's, constantly touching the plastic edges. I'm very disappointed of that.
Bottomline:Dont' buy it. Find something another for that money.

Very Good Bell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros:Blue handlebar mount bicycle bell has a liquid filled ball-type compass. It's fairly light at approximately 39.5g with an alloy bell and thumb striker that clicks sound. If it's crowded, you need a bell. This compass-bell has you covered either way!
Cons:None!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Other Thoughts:Know your location wherever you are! This is a bike bell with a real working compass. Classic micro bell design. 360 degrees pivoting ringer for easy use. Provides a clear, concise tone everytime.
Bottomline:Don't miss out on this fantasic compass cruiser bell. Never lose your way again. Integrated compass. Provides a clear, concise tone. A compass and bell all in one. Fits on any standard 7/8" bicycle handlebar. Mounting bracket included. Even works on walkers.

Pros:- Cheap price- Easy installation- Good Bell sound- Compass is a nice feature
Cons:- Arrow points to south, I am used to an arrow pointing to the north, but no biggy.- It's a but high , I think it could bemade a bit smaller.- The compass ball itself does not seem very strong, got disconnected once, but pushing it back in solved the problem.
Other Thoughts:-It would be nice if offered with a compass that points to north.- It would be nice if it came in much more colors.( I also got the black one, sku 11761)
Bottomline:Get it if you need a bell for your bikes.

Ok for the Price

Pros:- Compass works well though it shows south and not north- Bell is reasonably loud- Blue metallic paint looks nice and is done well
Cons:- The bell mechanism is too simple. - The bell striker can come off and eventually will get lost
Other Thoughts:The weakest link on this is the bell mechanism. Basically it is just a plastic thumb piece that sits on a spring and strikes the metallic bell. It rotates around a bit too easily and it can come off and get lost.
Bottomline:Good quality for the price but it would be perfect at around $2 instead of $3. Overal the only problem is that the striker/thumb piece for the bell can come off.

nice!

Pros:My 4 year old son wanted a gadget for his brand new bike. Here it is! A nice bike bell with a compass mounted on. The bell is loud enough and the compass will show north smoothly. The compass has a degree scale for precise measuring.
Cons:None... look next
Other Thoughts:it felt on the floor and the compass has broken. But it's not really a cons. Construction is indeed solid and robust, will firmly fix on the bike.
Bottomline:It's been an excuse to teach my son what are cardinal points and how to find North... He keeps ringing the bell!
