Pros:great price, many times cheaper than local store. build quality is good too
Cons:didnt works with every graphic card !! my english is not good to describe the problem but signal from original tv out is not same as the signal from reduction from vga output and some television having problem with other signals, try to use google for this ;-) or because this product is very cheap, simple buy it and try :-)
Bottomline:great product but didnt works with every graphic card and television

Pros:This product has a great build quality, it looks good, and feels like a 10$ cable.
Cons:This does not work on every PC you have to know what you are doing before you buy this! I spend 3 hours on this, and could not get it to work although I tried it on 3 laptops and with different settings.
Other Thoughts:I don’t like the color of the s-video cable, makes it look like a keyboard cable :)
Bottomline:If it had worked with my graphic card it would have been great. If you buy this, you need to look up your graphic card on the web, to see if it supports it!

Didn't work with my video card

Pros:Seems to have decent build quality.
Cons:It didn't work on my system. It doesn't come with any documentation to say what kinds of products it's meant to work with.
Other Thoughts:I thought that because my video card (Nvidia ION) has a "force TV detection" mode it might work, especially because someone else wrote a review saying he tweaked his Nvidia drives to get this to work, but I couldn't get it to work no matter what I did, and I'm not an IT novice.
Bottomline:As was said before, if you're not sure if this will work, it probably won't

Pros:- Coundn't find any, once it NEVER worked (my devices works in PAL/M and NSTSC sets). - Looks very resistent. (plugs and cabe looks to be good)
Cons:- Impossible to setup on my notebook. - When you plug it on Your device, windows vista will not recognize it as another interface.
Other Thoughts:It looks really usefull to me. But, it became completely useless. (becouse it does not work for me)
Bottomline:My advice is: DO NOT buy it unless you are a expert... and you are shure you know exactally what are you doing. (It will not work for everyone)

Pros:1) Does what it is suppost to do, its just an adaptor for those video cards that don´t actually have the AV out plug but support this.2) Very resistant and well built3) Works with my GeForce
Cons:1) Very hard to make it work the first time since you actually have to make a special video profile for the VGA out.
Other Thoughts:It works great, unlike what another review said it works in Brasil. It worked on a TV with PAL support, don´t know if it will work on other TVs.It was very hard to make it work, it is not a plug and play kind of thing. You need to make your video output match what the TV can understand. So you need to put a very low resolution and hope for the best.
Bottomline:Took me about 4 hours to get it to work. Bit once this was done it is not very easy to use and I love it. My luck is that the Nvidia software is really good and allows a lot of tweaks
