Not up to the job

Usefulness:
Overall Rating:
Pros:If you put them in a flashlight, they work.Apart from that, they do not have much going for them.
Cons:Normally a 3000mAh battery will run for around 2.5 hours in a 900 Lumen flashlight. These lasted around 1 hour 15 minutes. Either they are not the stated capacity, or the protection is not working and they are over discharging. The flashlight also gets very warm using these.
Other Thoughts:I bought the same batteries elsewhere and they worked perfectly, with no heat generated.
Bottomline:Buy a cheaper battery, these are not worth the money.

Good quality but pricy/mAh

Pros:High capacity.Protected (and it seems to work)Good looking. (looks less like something you removed from a battery pack)Easy to solder.
Cons:Higher price /mAh compared to other batteries."Only" about 2500mAh. (but on the other hand, batteries labeled 2500mAh only have about <2000mAh)
Other Thoughts:Capacity vs current can be found here:http://i45.tinypic.com/wvddnp.jpg
Bottomline:Buy it if you really need the best and are prepared to pay the extra for it.

Extremely Good Battery

Pros:The protection on these does seem to work, as I applied a heavy load and they didn't play ball.Additionally they cut off when I tested them with extended run times on torches.Glad I bought protected from what I hear about unprotected.
Cons:Seems quite a bit pricier with protected versus non protected versions, not sure it's worth the extra wonga, but protected is worth getting so not option really
Other Thoughts:Would defo buy again, in a few weeks!!Keep a stock of these charged up so always ready to go.
Bottomline:Recommended, my best batteries yet.
