Pros:This charger works very good for me with 18650. Fast charging.Easy to use, automatic rate adjust(measured) as become more charged.Seems to be quite a gentle charger takes a little longer than I first expected but don't mind as always have a spare or two ready charged.
Cons:This charger comes whith US plug, so if you live in Europe you should buy transition. In Latvia this thing costs ~ 0.5 USD, and it can find in electrical shops.
Other Thoughts:Seem like a good buy.
Bottomline:If somebody ask buy them charger, I will buy only this thing!

Works but too tight for some batteries

Pros:Inexpensive and it charges the batteries
Cons:1) The grey 2400 mah UltraFire 18650 batts simply do not fit without first softening and deforming the plastic case.(2) The sideways CR123A slots do not work at all. I had to make dummy batteries from brass bolts so that I could use the 18650 slots for CR123A size.
Bottomline:OK as is for unprotected 18650. Better have a pencil-type heat gun if you want it to accommodate all 18650.Also, plan on spending $10 for dummy CR123A batts (including s&h), or make your own from nuts & bolts & shrink tubing.

Excellent Charger!!!

Pros:I bought this charger because of the reviews I found on this site and on CPF. It charges every battery that I've purchased from DTW (18650, 16340, 17670), some with the use of steel ball bearings (do so at your own risk or buy a different charger). What else can I say, its a charger and it charges my batteries. It's gray. It come with a cord. It has blinkie lights on it. The price is excellent.
Cons:The sideways battery spots should indicate which end is the positive terminal. The sideways ports are tight for 16340 protected cells. I charge them the other way with ball bearings, but do so at your own risk.
Other Thoughts:It gets the job done. It charges batteries quite quickly, but then again I don't have anything to compare with. It would be nice if it had a spot for 9V cells as well.
Bottomline:It gets the job done.

Good charger

Pros:This charger works very good for me with 18650 and CR123A batteries. The charger do the work very fast and disconnect when the batteries are full. It has a dual channel battery so it don't overload a battery when the other finish. Is a really good charger for this price. The charger support European 220V.
Cons:The charger comes whith US plug, so if you live in Europe, you need and adapter or change the wire. When the charger is in charging process, it blinks red and this can be a bit crispy.
Other Thoughts:
Bottomline:This charger can charge your batteries very fast and fot the price is the excellent complement for 18650 and CR123A batteries.

Pros:This charger works very well to charge the cr123a cells after a little modification. It's very nice that it has the two separate charging channels, and the different colours of the charging lights make it clear what's happening. It's extremely useful that it can be powered either from mains, or directly from a 12v source. The fact that it has the power supply inbuilt rather than needing a wall wart is excellent, and it tops it off by accepting 120 and 240v. It's really an amazing set of features for the price.
Cons:After searching through all the lithium chargers on here to find the best one to charge my cr123a batteries, I settled on this (which won't charge them out of the box). It has a place for them to go, but the connectors aren't wired up, however, if you're handy with a soldering iron, it's not at all hard to do. Once that was fixed, it's become a really great charger.
Bottomline:Charges my lithium cells really well, and has an excellent set of features for the price. The build quality isn't excellent, but it is solid enough, and I don't see it becoming a problem. It's just such a shame they couldn't wire up the sideways connectors for smaller cells.
